My mom and I were waiting for the opening! After a nice day at the beach we stopped in for dinner and drinks. We decided to sit at the bar, which while on the smaller side, works well with the concept. Our bartender was very friendly, made us some amazing cocktails, and assisted us with food selections. The chicken lollipops were SO good and a really good size for a shareable starter!! Also, the fish and chips were very good and for once it was a nice normal size portion. We were really happy with our experience and will be sure to return soon and often. Wishing you all the best! 🙏

The Craft Tavern has quickly become one of my absolute favorite places in the area, and every visit reminds me why. From the moment you walk in, you can feel the pride and passion behind this place. The drinks are always on point, the food is awesome, and the vibe is just super comfortable. A huge part of what makes The Craft Tavern special is Tom, the owner. He’s almost always there, greeting guests, checking in, and making sure everyone feels welcomed and taken care of. It’s rare these days to see an owner so present and genuinely invested in the experience of every customer. The servers and bartenders are fantastic—friendly, attentive, and incredibly knowledgeable about both the food and the drinks. You can tell they enjoy being there, and that positive energy makes the whole atmosphere even better. And let’s not forget the great Happy Hour—excellent prices, generous portions, and plenty of options. If you’re anywhere near Dublin, PA, The Craft Tavern is a must-visit. Amazing drinks, exceptional food, incredible service, and a warm, welcoming vibe every single time. Highly, highly recommended!

We had an amazing experience at Craft Tavern! We started with the calamari for an appetizer, and it was absolutely delicious — perfectly cooked and full of flavor. For dinner, I had the filet mignon, and it was cooked to perfection. You can really tell they take pride in their food. Our server, Emma, was incredibly sweet and very knowledgeable about the menu. She made great recommendations and truly made our evening even more enjoyable. The owner even came over to check on us and spent time talking with us, which really shows how much they care about their guests. After dinner, we sat at the bar for a couple drinks, and that was just as great. The bartender was hilarious and kept us there with his stories. It made the whole night even better. Top-tier service and top-tier dining from start to finish. We will definitely be back!

Driving by you wouldn’t think this place has such a Gatsby atmosphere inside. Definitely worth a stop. Super friendly staff. Shout out to the delicious black bean burger and espresso martini I devoured!

Tom and his team did such a great job and we had fantastic first visit! The vibes were on point, the bar seats were comfy, the food & cocktails were tasty and had the flare we were hoping for! The hostess and servers were all very attentive and helpful and I witnessed them making other guests feel a friendly welcome! Everything I hoped for to add to this area while exceeding my expectations! The best part is, this can be a regular weeknight spot and also destination to bring friends to, thrilled to have you guys open!

Delightful experience, not to be missed if you’re in Dublin! From the minute you walk in to the redesigned “Anchor”, you feel as if something special is about to happen. All of the staff makes you feel as if there’s no place in the world they’d rather be. The Menu does have something for everyone, and their “Libations” include quality wines (by the glass), creative mixed drinks, and the mandatory craft beer list. There are only 4 tap beers on the menu but that’s OK since you’re in brewery central here in Upper Buck’s County and there’s enough of that elsewhere. The Food: Our table ordered the Double Smash Burger, Pistachio Chicken, Fish and Chips and the Honey Glazed Salmon. Perfectly sized portions with a simple presentation arrived and everyone was thrilled with their meal. The salmon was cooked perfectly (juicy, not dry and simply seasoned), the fish and chips appeared baked or air fried? (not greasy AT ALL-delicious) and the chicken was a moist breast with a delicious sauce. The smash burger was gobbled up pretty quickly so I have to presume it was awesome as well. We shared desserts and the dense pound cake with berry compote was worth every single calorie. Finally, what a pleasure it is to eat with quality flatware…..this just topped off the whole experience!! Kudos to this new restaurant for checking so many boxes and I’d recommend you check it out quick before they get so busy that you’re disappointed you can’t just walk in!

We found this place from a google search and it hit every box we wanted to check. The atmosphere is prohibition era speakeasy. Every little detail exhuded this vibe, from the lighting over the bar, the wallpaper, the diamond plate bartop and ceiling tiles, and the pictures on the wall. It was a really cool vibe. Next, I'm not really sure which was better, the service or the food. Both were fantastic. From the host/hostess, to the servers, and the food runners, the manager, and even the bartender (we weren't even at the bar but they welcomed us with a smile), everyone was stellar. We had Tommy as a server and he was personable, attentive, knowledgable, informative, and honestly one of the best servers we have had in a long time. This time we kept is simple with some wings (mango habanero), a tavern burger and black bean burger. It was everything but simple. The wings were a great balance of heat and sweet, which is not so easy to do. The wings were clearly freshly cooked and not sitting and reheated. Crispy, juicy, hot, and so flavorful. I had the tavern burger and it was cooked perfectly, juicy,and a great bun. The fries weren't just a side kick. They were delicious. Crispy outside, fluffy inside, and lightly salted, which made them a star just as much as the burger. My wife felt the same about her black bean burger, which was not only yummy and satisfying, it did something that proves to be rare with a lot of other places.....it held together during bites! We cannot wait to come back to try the entrees and desert!!!! Will see you guys soon!

Went here for the first time with my friend tonight and absolutely loved it! The ambience is so nice and serene and comfortable. We sat at the bar and had Jarad As our server and he was wonderful! His service was excellent and he makes fantastic drinks! I loved the margaritas and he also made a killer chocolate martini. The food was excellent! Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommend the place. Will definitely be back.😊

Last night at The Craft Tavern in Dublin, PA was an absolute 10/10 experience. From the moment we walked in, everything just felt right—the ambience, the décor, and the overall vibe made it such a great place to be. The food was outstanding across the board. I ordered the short rib and it was phenomenal, and every dish at our table was just as delicious. The drinks were spot on, and the wine selection was perfectly curated. The service truly set this place apart. Our waitress was incredibly attentive—water glasses were constantly filled and nothing was missed. On top of that, we had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Tom, who stopped by our table to check in and make sure everything was perfect. He was warm, welcoming, and clearly cares about his guests and the experience they’re having. Amazing food, amazing service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay awhile. Hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Highly recommend—10 out of 10

Exceptional experience, we made a reservation through resy - very easy. got there about 10 mins early and the table was ready. The ambiance is fun and creates a great speakeasy mood for the place. The waiters were the perfect balance of helpful and attentive without being intrusive. the double smash burger was amazing - something about the flavor in the meat. The pistachio crusted chicken was also delicious. Parking lot can be a bit packed.
